Q. Can Ayurvedic medicines be taken with allopathic medicines?

Q. How will the refunded money be credited?
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back using the same payment method used during the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking: The refund will reflect in your bank account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • UPI / Wallet Payments: Refunds are usually processed within 2–4 working days to the original UPI ID or wallet.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): In COD cases, we initiate the refund via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your account details. Our customer support team will assist you in this process.
